We provide teaching, handbooks, a DVD and adjudication for primary school students in the areas of public speaking and debating.
Many schools have an ongoing Public speaking or Debating program with us over the year. New schools are choosing to have an introductory Quick start program and then either join in our competition or use the skills in the way most suitable for their school or area.

2013 Debate Schedule
Term 1- In-house Debates within schools teams.
Term 2 & 3 Inter-school debates – Schools can enter as many teams as they wish in an Inter-school debate night. Topics and date TBC
Term 4 Grand Final Debates with Certificates, Medallions
and School names on a Perpetual Trophy.

That real books are best
That we should wear free dress to school
That junk mail should be banned
That people have become lazy
Dear Lesli, I have just been looking at your website and you may be able to help me. Marsden Road PS in NSW is a primary school and I am looking for any DVD’s that show primary schools debating. There seems to be a lack of these on YouTube and the internet. Are you able to point me in the right direction. We are doing a Stage 2 unit on Debating and want the kids to see in action what we are teaching them. We are also , due to lack of resources in this area going to produce a movie at the end of the year showing a debate that we hope to upload onto a website for other schools to access. I have a DVD for sale for $20 which has 2 full debates by Year 5 and 6 students from Loreto-Nedlands Primary in Western Australia. They are a demonstration of a real debate without the audience. This allows you to hear everything reallly well and we didn’t have to get permission slips from parents at 2 schools.
I am trying to promote this DVD so please let other schools in your area know it exists.
I hope you do have the chance to do your filming. That would be a great addition to the resources in this area.
