Refund Policy
REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind for products purchased from our store.
REFUNDS FOR CLASSES, WORKSHOPS OR PROGRAMS

A participant may cancel their booking for a class, workshop or program up to 14 days before the commencement of the class, workshop or program and receive a full refund. Participants who cancel their booking between 1 and 13 days before the commencement of the class, workshop or program, or after 1 session of a program, class or workshop will be refunded 70% of their full fee.
No refunds are issued for students who withdraw from a class, workshop or program after 2 or more sessions. In the event that a participant needs to withdraw from a class or program due to illness or emergency, a partial refund may be given on compassionate grounds. These situations will be taken on a case-by-case basis and Rise & Shine Debating reserves the right to refuse a refund for withdrawal from a program once it has commenced and the participant has attended more than one session.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the rare event your product is in some way faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@debating.net.au and state the nature of the fault, and include any photographs of the fault or damage. If we can see evidence that the fault or damage was not caused by your negligence or that of a third party, we will replace your product or issue a refund.

Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within a week of receiving your order.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for products with obvious signs of misuse, or which are returned more than 7 business days after delivery.

REFUNDS
I
If you prefer a refund to a replacement, we will notify you of the approval and a refund will be applied to your original method of payment, once your faulty/damaged goods are inspected or verified via photograph or video.
